A – Z Guide

Arrival

To ensure thorough cleaning of your room, check-in is available from 15:00 at the earliest.

Bars

  • All-Inclusive Guests: Enjoy coffee and local drinks from the all-inclusive drinks menu.
  • Half-Board Guests: Drinks can be selected from our à la carte list for an additional charge.

Opening Hours

  • Main Lobby Bar: 18:00 – 01:00
  • All-Inclusive Service: 10:00 – 23:00
  • Pool Snack Bar: 10:00 – 18:00 (last orders at 17:00)
    The Pool Bar operates depending on weather conditions, from May to September.

 

Beach

  • Blue Flag–awarded beach
  • Swimming in the sea is only permitted when a lifeguard is on duty, from 10:00 to 18:00 (June to September).
  • Please follow the instructions of the lifeguards and observe the beach safety flags:
    • Yellow: Swim with caution
    • Red: Danger, swimming is not allowed
  • Safety notice: Swimming in the pool or sea after eating or consuming alcohol is prohibited.

 

Bracelet

  • Upon arrival, you will receive a bracelet, which serves as your room key and identifies you as an All-Inclusive or Half-Board guest.
  • This bracelet acts as your “passport” across all our All-Inclusive facilities.
  • Please do not remove the bracelet before your departure, as it will become invalid once cut.
  • The bracelet is anti-allergic and waterproof for your comfort.
  • On your departure day, please return the bracelet to the reception.

 

Departure

  • On your departure day, please check out of your room by 11:00.
  • If you require luggage assistance, kindly inform the reception one day in advance.

 

Fruit Basket

(All-Inclusive Guests Only)

Fruit Baskets are available exclusively for All-Inclusive guests. Kindly order at the reception desk by 18:00 the day before.

 

Loungers  Umbrellas

  • Our hotel offers a limited number of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools.
  • Quiet and shady spots are available in the tamarisk grove on the beach and in our spacious park under the trees.
  • If you would like a lounger in these areas, please contact our pool staff at any time.
  • Please note: For safety and legal reasons, a minimum distance between sunbeds must be maintained.

 

Pool

  • Open daily from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • For safety, the pool may only be used during opening hours and when a lifeguard is on duty (11:00 to 18:00).
  • Parents are responsible for their children, and the lifeguards’ instructions must always be followed.
  • Our pool staff clean the pool area and beach from 06:30 to 08:30.
  • Sunbeds around the pool and on the beach must not be occupied before 08:30.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost towels or personal items.
  • To help prevent injuries from broken glass, please use only the reusable polycarbonate cups provided at our bars and return them after use.

 

Pool Snack Bar

  • Open daily from 10:00 to 17:30 (last orders at 17:00).
  • Please note: The pool bar operates depending on weather conditions, from May to September.

Restaurant

Main Restaurant Opening Hours:

  • Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00
  • Lunch: 12:30 – 14:30
  • Dinner: 19:00 – 21:30

Half-Board Guests

  • Half board includes breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant.
  • Drinks, additional meals and snacks are charged separately.

All-Inclusive Guests

  • All-Inclusive guests may order one drink at a time, and each family member must order individually. Bulk orders are not permitted.
  • All-Inclusive Service is available daily from 10:00 to 23:00.

 

All Guests

  • Please show your bracelet before ordering.
  • We kindly ask for appropriate attire during dinner.

 

Safety Information

  • Please read the safety instructions on the back of your room door.
  • The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents caused by failure to follow these rules.

 

Spa & Wellness Center (Tel. 523)

  • Open daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
  • Spa treatments and massages are available by consultation with the Aegeo Spa staff.

 

Pet Policy

  • We welcome dogs and cats up to 5 kg.
  • A valid vaccination certificate is required and prior arrangements must be made with the Reservations Department.
  • Each guest room may accommodate one (1) pet only.
  • Pets must be supervised at all times, and dogs should be kept on a leash in public areas of the resort.
  • Pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets, the Wellness Centre or around the pool areas.
